The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the location was conveniently close to a recommended dinner spot near the Greek Orthodox Church.

Wonderful and brand-new rooms, kind staff at the reception desk. WiFi, coffee and tea making equipment available. Location close to the hotel's underground, well kept fountains and parks, and a nearby cafe...

The room was comfortable with a good shower. The parking facilities proved very useful. It's about 10 mins. Walk to the nearest tram stop into to the centre
There was evidence of poor cleaning on a shelf but generally the room was clean. Tv was on the wall at the end of the bed and not on a swivel bracket so difficult to watch sitting in the seating area.

Excellent Room, recently completely refurbished and very spacious. My wife is very fussy and she was esctatic about the furnishings and comfort. Secondly the staff on the desk were extremely well trained and helpful. Arranged our rail trip to Lourdes as well as other tours. The hotel is about 15 minutes from the City but the bus stop is outside the Hotel. You catch a number 4 bus. Buy a batch of tickets at the travel bureau in town. You can catch a tram also. This Hotel is rated a 4 star and it lives up to its reputation. Ron and Alison
Nothing to complain about.

Hotel staff were brilliant - very friendly and helpful. Room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was good and the shower was one that you didn't want to get out of. Nice lounging area. Parking was easy too. A short tram ride into the centre of Bordeaux. Good sound-proofing on the windows - we overlooked the main road, but didn't hear it at all.
Breakfast seemed expensive (€15 each) so we didn't go for it.

Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom /shower good.
Not a very glamerous hotel - more functional and used for business purposes I suspect, or those on a city break who don't want to spend too much time in the hotel (the hotel decor was a little dated). Location is about 20 minutes walk from town center so worth knowing before booking.

we arrived very late and were pleasantly surprised to receive a 'welcome pack' from the friendly receptionist who spoke reasonable English. The room had silent air conditioning and the decor was lovely. We were also grateful to have tea and coffee making facilities available-a rare treat on the continent! The breakfast was fantastic with both a hot and cold buffet with plenty of choice. All the receptionists spoke some English and were keen to help us with transport and directions.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Good size room & large bathroom complete with walk in shower / wet room. Breakfast was good and in a nice enviroment. Tram system in easy walking distance & the No 4 bus passes the hotel. It is walkable into the center (15/20 minutes) this is handy as taxis are very limited especially at peak times. So book a taxi early if needed.
